Recipes

The following are links to some recipes for people suffering from eczema or other inflammatory conditions. All of these are vegan, meaning that there are no animal products in any of the recipes. Animal products like dairy trigger inflammation in most people, which is why I chose these recipes, but many of the recipes contain foods labeled as "triggering" on my "Inflammation Triggers" page, such as soy, gluten, and refined sugars. They may also have specific ingredients that you may be allergic to, so please be aware of what is inside the food you want to create before doing so. Don't forget that switching out or removing certain ingredients is okay too! Also note that basically all of these are considered "treats" that aren't meant for daily consumption. Essentially, if you're craving something unhealthy, you can at least make a better version of it. When it comes to what you should eat every day, salads, fruit, or any other meal option that has plant-based items in their natural form is best. The goal of sharing these recipes is to provide alternatives to dishes that people often crave to eliminate animal products in order to help decrease inflammation.
